The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided useful information about the surrounding area and gave great restaurant recommendations. The onsen experience was very relaxing and soothing after a long day of exploring. The location was also very convenient for those interested in skiing with easy access to the slopes.

The bedding was somewhat uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. there was limited space to hang coats and towels, which made it difficult to keep everything organized.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. They offered great service, even picking us up from the bus stop upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the snow slopes and local shops. We particularly enjoyed the in-house natural hot spring, which was a great way to relax after a tiring day on the slopes.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak on the top floor of our room, but this was not a major issue as it was easily accessible everywhere else in the hotel. The communal Onsen area could have been a bit cleaner, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

This hotel is perfect for families who want to enjoy skiing as it located very close to the ski slopes and has easy access up to the ski area. The rooms are well-designed and have good amenities including a lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. the lovely staff is always ready to help and offer excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfasts are delicious and the traditional Japanese experience is memorable.
